Cooking Class under the Stars at Smythwick Castle

Thank you everyone for the overwhelming response to our cooking classes.

We also offer the option for groups to rent the entire Castle overnight and schedule their own private  cooking class

with breakfast the following morning for the group.

All classes are on Sundays and will start at 4:30pm.  Gates to the castle will open at 4:15pm

Goat Cheese cakes with dates & honey
Pastry Puffs with feta & Spinach
Moroccan Chicken with Apricots & Olives
Couscous with Mint
Asparagus with Honey-Lime Sauce
Baklava
